Water is like the best health drink out there – no calories, cheap, and it does so many things inside your body. If u wanna feel better or look better, drinking enough water should be like your top priority.

    Water does way more than just stop your thirst. It’s involved in everything your body does like:

    • Keeps you hydrated: duh, but if u dont drink enough you get dehydrated and feel tired, dizzy, or get headaches

    • Helps your organs work: your kidneys, liver and even brain need water to work properly

    • Flushes out toxins: water helps your body get rid of bad stuff thru pee and sweat

    • Good for skin: drinking water keeps your skin soft and can help with wrinkles and dryness

    • Helps digestion: water breaks down food and keeps your digestion moving

    How Much Water Should You Drink?

    People say 8 glasses a day but really it depends on your body, how much you move, the weather, and stuff. Some days u need more some days less. Also if you drink lots of coffee or tea you still need water cause those drinks make u pee more.
